Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Soulful Steps Coaching! We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below: Payment Information: By booking a session, you agree to provide a valid card on file for payment. Cancellation Fee: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled session to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your session will incur a $15 cancellation fee. Extenuating Circumstances: If you need to cancel due to extenuating circumstances (emergency, illness, etc.), please reach out to us as soon as possible by emailing us at soulfulstepscoaching@gmail.com. We will review the situation and may cancel the session on your behalf without charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to ensure that you have the best experience with Soulful Steps Coaching.
