About Me.

Hey there, I’m Amanda! I'm so glad you’re here ♡︎

Originally from colorful Colorado, I made my way to Texas to complete my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, and I’ve been planting roots and building connections ever since. Life’s taken me through a lot of different landscapes (literally and figuratively), from road construction sites to private practice offices to the world of telecommunications. And through all of it, one thing has remained constant: my passion for helping people navigate life with more clarity, confidence, and compassion.

While I’ve long supported women and girls navigating anxiety, transitions, self-worth challenges, and identity exploration, I now warmly welcome men, women, and teens! Whether you're ready to shift direction, find firmer footing, or simply feel more grounded day to day, I’m here for you.

Throughout this journey, I have hoped to create a welcoming space for others to meet new people and truly find their people, and with that hope, book clubs and community groups were born. (Launching at the end of August 2025). Whether you're craving connection, shared growth, or just friendly conversation over a good read, these gatherings are for you.

Outside of coaching, I’m a big fan of wide open skies, spontaneous road trips, and soaking in nature whenever I can (bonus points if I get to hang out with some cows along the way, yes, I have a few, and yes, they’re adorable). At home, I’m surrounded by my two dogs, one sassy cat, and a whole lot of mostly gluten-free, dairy-free meals thanks to a recent diet change I didn’t exactly ask for...but I’m learning to roll with it. I still dream about ice cream, though.

I’ve run a half marathon, binged more than a few Netflix series, and believe in finding joy in the small moments, even when life throws curveballs!

I’m currently pursuing my Life and Wellness Coaching certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which will allow me to offer more holistic, mind-body focused support. This training is deepening my ability to help clients not only think differently, but feel better, live healthier, and take action with greater alignment.

If you’re ready to take that next step, whether it’s big or small, I’d be honored to walk beside you. Let’s create something meaningful together.
