About Me.
Hey there, I’m Amanda—so glad you’re here.
Originally from colorful Colorado, I made my way to Texas to complete my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, and I’ve been planting roots and building connections ever since. Life’s taken me through a lot of different landscapes (literally and figuratively), from road construction sites to private practice offices to the world of telecommunications. And through all of it, one thing has remained constant: my passion for helping people navigate life with more clarity, confidence, and compassion.
I now work with women and teen girls, offering coaching that blends practical tools with intuitive support to help you manage stress, set aligned goals, and feel more connected to the life you truly want. Whether you're looking to shift directions, find your footing, or just feel a little more grounded day-to-day, I'm here for it, and I’m here for you.
Outside of coaching, I’m a big fan of wide open skies, spontaneous road trips, and soaking in nature whenever I can (bonus points if I get to hang out with some cows along the way—yes, I have a few, and yes, they’re adorable). At home, I’m surrounded by my two dogs, one sassy cat, and a whole lot of gluten-free, dairy-free meals thanks to a recent diet change I didn’t exactly ask for...but I’m learning to roll with it. I still dream about ice cream, though.
I’ve run a half marathon, binged more than a few Netflix series, and believe in finding joy in the small moments—even when life throws curveballs.
If you’re ready to take that next step—whether it’s big or small—I’d be honored to walk beside you. Let’s create something meaningful together.
